To Hire the Hall:
You can either contact our Bookings Secretary by phone or you can book online. We have an online booking system provided by Hallmaster. This will provide you with greater control over your bookings.
Before making your booking request choose BOOKINGS DIARY from the menu to see if the hall is available on your required date and time If your required date is not immediately visible use the Next Week, Next Month, Next Year links to locate it.
The days are colour coded according to their availablity as follows - Fully Available - Partially Booked - Fully Booked.

To book online:
- Check the BOOKINGS DIARY to see if the hall is available, Please be aware there may be bookings that have not yet been added to the diary.
- On the Bookings Diary click the + symbol on the date and time you wish to book. If your required date is not immediately visible use the Next Week, Next Month, Next Year links to locate it.
- If you are a new customer you will be asked to register on the Hallmaster Booking System by entering your contact details and creating a password so that you can track your booking status and any changes made.
- Once you have registered you can complete the booking form. Please note that you must agree to the Hall Terms and Conditions contained in the hall Hiring Agreement before your booking can be accepted. If you have problems completing the booking form further guidance is provided in the Hallmaster Customer User Guide.
- You will receive an email acknowledgement of your requested booking followed by an email confirmation once your booking has been accepted.
